Full Paper Submission

Submission Deadline: July 21, 2011

IEEE ROBIO 2011 welcomes two categories of contribution submission: regular paper submission and video submission. Separate submission interfaces are provided for paper and video submissions respectively.

Submitting your paper

Authors must submit their papers electronically in PDF format by July 21, 2011. Manuscripts must be written in English. Six pages in the standard IEEE conference format are allowed for each paper, including figures and tables. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted at an extra charge payable at the time of submitting the final camera-ready version of the paper.

Write your paper using the available LaTeX or MS Word templates. Please use US Letter paper for both LaTeX and MS Word template and do not change the formatting in any way.

Create a PDF version of your paper and submit the PDF file via the submission page. Note that the PDF file must not exceed 2MB.

Two type of presentations, Oral and Poster Presentation, are provided to all regular paper submission. Authors is suggested to select the presentation type when they submit their papers.

Submitting your video

Robio 2011 also welcomes video submissions and will have a dedicated video session. Video clip in mpeg format not exceeding 20MB can be submitted. All video submissions also need a two page abstract along with the video clip. The format of the abstract also follows the same template.

Authors must submit their video clips as well as the abstracts electronically by July 21, 2011.

Template Files

Write your paper using the available LaTeX or MS Word templates. Please make sure you have the latest templates and do not change the formatting in any way. If you choose not to use these templates, please make sure that your paper strictly adheres to these formatting instructions.

All submitted papers and videos will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Accepted papers/videos must be submitted in final camera-ready form by October 15, 2011. Instructions for preparing and submitting the camera-ready version will be published before the date of notification of acceptance. If your paper/video is accepted, at least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for ROBIO 2011 when the final manuscript is uploaded.
